    Able to relax during stressful times

    I recently suffered from a very emotional and stressful period in my life, I was so tense I was not able to relax. The Predators recommended me to use the Deep Relax Pack which helps to calm your mind and your nervous system. I am glad I did, because it was a life changer! My mind started to calm down, no racing thoughts and my body is able to surrender to relaxation more easily. I use passion flower and Ashwaganda with honey in my tea in the evening before I sleep and I use Ashwaganda in my morning smoothie everyday. Amazing benefits!
